Radhika Maheshwari is a first-generation lawyer currently working with Diwan Advocates, New Delhi, as part of the Corporate Law Team. Her practice primarily focuses on matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Companies Act, where she assists in advisory, litigation, and compliance aspects. Radhika has completed her graduation, B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)’22 from the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University and her LL.M.’23 specializing in Corporate and Business Laws from Gujarat National Law University. Her strong academic foundation, coupled with hands-on experience in corporate and insolvency matters, enables her to approach complex legal issues with both theoretical insight and practical precision.

She has been actively involved in representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other judicial forums, as well as advising on corporate restructuring, liquidation, and regulatory matters.
