He holds a BBALLB (Honors) degree and specialises in Commercial, Criminal, Civil, and Intellectual Property Law. His practice spans multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, State and District Commissions, and Labour Tribunals.
Aditya adopts a solution-oriented and client-centric approach to legal practice. He focuses on understanding each client’s objectives, maintaining transparency throughout the legal process, and formulating strategies that are both legally sound and commercially pragmatic.
