Dr. Mohammad Arshad, Advocate, holds a Doctorate in Waqf Laws and has further specialized in Alternative Dispute Resolution by obtaining both a Diploma and a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration Law from the prestigious National Law School of India University.
He was elected as Senior Executive Member of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association for the term 2020–21 and was also co-opted as a Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and independently conducts matters before the Supreme Court of India as well as the Rajasthan High Court.
He possesses extensive experience in constitutional and writ jurisdiction, particularly in matters relating to the constitution and administration of Waqf Boards, Panchayati Raj laws, and other significant constitutional issues. He has successfully handled numerous writ petitions involving public law, governance, and constitutional matters, earning recognition for his proficiency and acumen in constitutional litigation
