Arshad is an Advocate and Partner of the Firm having charge of Chandigarh Office. Arshad has degree of law from Aligarh Muslim University and Masters in Law from Southampton Solent University, England. He joined Bar and since then has achieved several milestones in legal profession.

He has represented leading financial institutions, foreign and domestic organizations individuals, labor organizations and political organizations in a diverse range of matters, including those related to Writ Jurisdictions, Mining matters, Environmental issues, Election petitions and various others spectrum.

He also counseled public and private companies in connection with other corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, and on general business matters. These engagements have involved a broad spectrum of industries, including companies in oil and gas, energy, automotive, real estate, transportation and retail sectors.

He advises clients on completing all varieties of M&A transactions on the buy side and on the sell side, including mergers, joint ventures, asset and stock acquisitions and sale transactions, controlled auctions and equity investments. His practice also involves general corporate matters, including corporate governance and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts.

Arshad is frequent speaker on law related matters at various forums. He also has passion to interact with law students and to that end, he is guest faculty at some prestigious law institutes of the country.
