Shahid is a well read, confident and passionate lawyer, who goes to the root cause of the issue involved in the case and comes up with a rational and feasible outcome. He is working as an associate at Diwan Advocates, New Delhi. He has completed his LLB from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2020. Shahid is a practicing lawyer with more than 3 years of professional experience, majorly practicing in Civil and Commercial laws.

He has previously worked in the sphere of Intellectual Property rights and presently handles the Firm's Civil and Commercial litigation including but not limited to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Arbitration and Intellectual Property right (Prosecution, Litigation and Client Counselling) matters. He represents the firm’s clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court, District Courts and various other Forums including but not limited to NCLT, NCLAT, RERA, NCDRC, DRT etc. He has a keen interest in both Intellectual Property as well as Corporate/Commercial laws.
