Mr. Ankit Choudhury is an Associate Partner at Diwan Advocates and joined the firm on 1 December 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating in 2015 with First Division.

He primarily practices before the High Court of Delhi and the District Courts of Delhi, and has also appeared before specialized forums such as the Central Administrative Tribunal and arbitral tribunals at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Ankit’s core areas of practice encompass civil litigation, including matters relating to specific performance, injunctions, declarations, and recovery proceedings; criminal litigation, with experience in quashing of FIRs and matters under Section 498A IPC; arbitration and mediation; as well as matrimonial and family law disputes. He also has substantial experience in conveyancing and property-related matters.

Gaurav Saini is associated with Diwan Advocates as an Accountant. He manages and maintains financial data. His basic role includes accumulating, recording and analysing financial transactions. He maintains and looks after payroll expenditure of lawyers, payments received from clients, maintaining proper records of the expenses and revenues and offering right financial advice.

Suresh Nishad is a senior Legal clerk at Diwan Advocates. He provides office support, administrative duties and supervising junior clerks. He is organized and well-oriented. He manages all paperwork and electronic filing in the organization including indexing, coding and labelling. He also coordinates with the records department and maintain all client information and documents necessary to function in accordance with the procedure.

Bindu Das is an experienced advocate who graduated in Law from Mewar Law Institute, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad in 2007 who started her litigation journey from the Chambers of Former Hon’ble Justice Mr. Rajiv Sahai Endlaw (Retired) . She did her Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights in 2009 and also holds a degree of Masters in Law  in 2012 from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She is a first-generation lawyer with exceptional analytical skills and having an eye for details. Before associating with Diwan Advocates, she has also worked with DMD Advocates and Khaitan and Khaitan.

Apart from regularly appearing in Delhi High Court, Supreme Court and Districts Courts of Delhi, she has been appearing and representing clients before the several High Courts in India, several District & Session Courts in India, various Tribunals and Authorities. She has advised clients from all areas including but not limited to civil, real estates, banking and finance, general corporate criminal and commercial, to name a few. Apartment from vast litigation experience she also has an experience of working with the legal team of various NBFCs like IIFL Home Finance Ltd. and Capri Global Capital Ltd.

Salina Sultana is a Senior Associate at Diwan Advocates, bringing experience across both civil and criminal litigation. She has previously practiced before the District and Sessions Judge Court at Nagaon, Assam, where she handled a wide spectrum of matters involving substantive and procedural legal issues.

Zainab is a Legal Associate at Diwan Advocates and a graduate of Aligarh Muslim University (Class of 2023). Since the commencement of her professional practice, she has gained extensive courtroom exposure, appearing before District Courts in Delhi, the Delhi High Court, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (DCDRC), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).

Her litigation experience spans matter under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, particularly Section 138 cheque dishonour cases, along with property disputes, money recovery suits, matrimonial matters, and other civil litigation. At Diwan Advocates, Zainab works closely with Team Vidhi, focusing on corporate and commercial matters, including insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, contractual disputes, and arbitration. She regularly appears before consumer forums, High Courts, and arbitral tribunals.
