Aditya Vats Sharma is a Principal Associate at Diwan Advocates, where he advises and represents clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters. He holds a BBALLB (Honors) degree and specialises in Commercial, Criminal, Civil, and Intellectual Property Law. His practice spans multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, State and District Commissions, and Labour Tribunals.

Ankit Choudhury

Ankit Choudhury

Mr. Ankit Choudhury is an Associate Partner at Diwan Advocates and joined the firm on 1 December 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, graduating in 2015 with First Division.

He primarily practices before the High Court of Delhi and the District Courts of Delhi, and has also appeared before specialized forums such as the Central Administrative Tribunal and arbitral tribunals at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Ankit’s core areas of practice encompass civil litigation, including matters relating to specific performance, injunctions, declarations, and recovery proceedings; criminal litigation, with experience in quashing of FIRs and matters under Section 498A IPC; arbitration and mediation; as well as matrimonial and family law disputes. He also has substantial experience in conveyancing and property-related matters.

His approach to legal practice is detail-oriented, strategy-driven, and court-focused. Bindu Das

Bindu Das

Bindu Das is an experienced advocate who graduated in Law from Mewar Law Institute, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad in 2007 who started her litigation journey from the Chambers of Former Hon’ble Justice Mr. Rajiv Sahai Endlaw (Retired) . She did her Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights in 2009 and also holds a degree of Masters in Law  in 2012 from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She is a first-generation lawyer with exceptional analytical skills and having an eye for details. Before associating with Diwan Advocates, she has also worked with DMD Advocates and Khaitan and Khaitan.

Zainab Arif Khan
